Minimum Requirements
4 to 9 years of experience in functional testing, preferably within Capital Markets and investment banking applications across front, middle, and back office.
3+ years of experience leading project teams with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with Test Management Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, PowerPoint, and Automation Tools like UiPath.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information System Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, client-facing transformation programs in financial services with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of global portfolio management, trading, compliance, and risk across major asset classes, with ability to design test strategies aligned to client service models.
Proactive in leveraging AI concepts and automation to improve test coverage, efficiency, and quality, demonstrating operational focus on delivery and process excellence.
