Workplace Services Operations Manager

Lead day-to-day workplace services operations across multiple India field sites ensuring safety, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Manage vendor and service provider performance for facilities management, security, travel, and other workplace services with governance through KPIs and continuous improvement.

Oversee workplace projects including site expansions, relocations, and upgrades to deliver on time, budget, and quality to support business continuity and growth.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in workplace services, facilities management, real estate operations, or similar operational leadership roles.

Experience managing multi-site operations and outsourced service providers.

Work Location: Manesar, India with responsibility for multiple sites across India; Travel up to 10%

Proven operational leader with experience driving workplace service quality, compliance, and vendor management in multi-site corporate environments.

Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional influence, capable of managing matrix teams and external service providers.

Experienced in workplace transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives in multinational or technology-focused companies.
