Lead development and delivery of Core Online Products including Financial Services, Insurance, and Identity products using Java and related technologies.
Own system design, coding, mentoring junior developers, code reviews, package management, and ensure high availability and performance of enterprise applications.
Collaborate across teams to meet business requirements, execute CI/CD pipelines, support production including incident management, and drive continuous service improvements.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience, specifically with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Batch, Security, Cloud, Data).
Proven expertise in designing and operating large-scale, resilient, distributed enterprise applications with 99.999% availability focus.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform), containerization, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, event-driven and microservices architectures.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience; Hybrid work model requiring minimum two days per week onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product delivery and support in a complex enterprise environment.
Deep domain knowledge in cloud-native, microservices architectures incorporating security best practices, observability, and production operations within regulated data environments.
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications and familiarity with SRE principles, multi-region deployments, and globally distributed database operations.
