Ensure accurate and timely posting of global payroll accounting entries including stock and tax-related journals.
Manage quarterly payroll accruals and perform balance sheet reconciliations, flux analyses, and audit preparations.
Collaborate with global business partners and auditors to support audits, provide accounting guidance, and identify process improvements including automation.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of related experience; minimum 2 years public accounting experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with demonstrated academic excellence; CPA preferred or certification requirements met.
Working knowledge of SAP preferred; experience with Blackline and multinational public companies (software industry experience a plus).
Solid understanding of US GAAP relevant to payroll accounting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global payroll accounting within multinational public companies, especially in software sector.
Able to navigate complex accounting issues and audits (SOX, statutory, US GAAP) with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead projects and communicate accounting concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
