Risk Operations Manager

Lead and manage a team of Partner Risk Operations Associates handling escalated risk issues and partner inquiries.

Drive operational improvements and maintain risk detection strategies balancing risk and customer experience.

Set team goals, provide coaching and feedback, and use metrics to optimize team performance.

At least 5+ years of direct people management experience in risk or operations.

Operational experience including process launches/improvements and service delivery.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate without clear guidelines.

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Experienced in partnerships with internal globally distributed stakeholders and managing user-facing teams with high quality standards.

Strong operational mindset with experience in building and scaling teams, preferably in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments and driving cross-functional initiatives.
