Senior Academy Engineer

Design and develop scalable, high-quality learning content and experiences focused on Cognite Academy's technology adoption.

Own and optimize the Skilljar learning platform, including course publishing, learning paths, configurations, reporting, and automation.

Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, localization, assessment development, and quality assurance while collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

8+ years in instructional design, technical training, customer education, or enterprise learning.

Proven experience designing complex technical learning programs for enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cloud, industrial software, or data platforms.

Hands-on experience with Skilljar or similar enterprise customer education/learning platforms.

Strong expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and modern eLearning/AI content development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Synthesia).

Experienced in leading instructional design/content development teams in fast-paced or high-growth environments.

Comfortable translating complex technical concepts into engaging, performance-based learning materials.

Skilled at using data analytics from learning platforms to continuously improve content effectiveness and learner outcomes.
