About This Role

Own and develop a centralized, reusable UI component library ensuring scalability, design consistency, and adoption across teams.

Implement and enforce WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA accessibility standards, conducting audits and integrating feedback for inclusive, accessible interfaces.

Lead frontend development using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, collaborating with UX and cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of frontend development experience focused on React.js.

Proven experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.

Knowledge and implementation experience of WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA accessibility standards.

Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with mobile-first design and Flutter integration.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in partnering with UX designers to translate design concepts into scalable, reusable components.

Demonstrated ability to promote and drive adoption of UI libraries and accessibility standards within technical teams.

Comfortable leading technical execution and mentoring in a collaborative, fast-evolving frontend technology environment.
