Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade, HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications using full-stack technologies (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Firebase, Google Cloud).
Own end-to-end feature delivery including architecture decisions, integration of FHIR-compliant Google Cloud Healthcare API, and AI/ML workflow integration with strict PHI data privacy.
Monitor and resolve production issues, maintain data integrity across Firestore and FHIR datastores, and contribute to CI/CD and code quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of software development experience focused on full-stack web technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Firebase Authentication, NextAuth.js, and custom RBAC implementations.
Experience with Google Cloud Healthcare API (FHIR R4), Firebase Firestore, Firebase Functions, and BigQuery for healthcare analytics.

Experienced in designing and delivering secure, scalable healthcare software with strong emphasis on HIPAA compliance and PHI data security.
