IT - BI Data Analyst

Own business-side data management to ensure alignment with business needs and support operational performance.

Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs, extract and analyze data, and deliver reports and dashboards that facilitate decision-making.

Provide level 1 user support for data-related issues and continuously improve data processes for better accuracy and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

0-3 years of experience in data analyst or business intelligence roles, preferably business-facing or sales & commercial excellence.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), SQL, and Excel.

Strong understanding of business processes, data management concepts, and ability to communicate complex data to non-technical users.

Experienced in bridging business needs with data insights, especially within business or sales environments.

Capable of supporting users by troubleshooting data issues and delivering actionable, business-driven insights.

Comfortable working collaboratively across global teams and managing priorities in multi-time zone environments.
