Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience leading globally distributed software development teams.
Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring framework, microservices, containerization, and web service integration.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working across multiple time zones (LATAM, EMEA, ASPAC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical architect capable of operating with autonomy and providing SME guidance on complex application design and security.
Skilled in stakeholder management bridging business, operations, solutions, and application teams in a global environment.
Familiarity with credit card industry concepts, including HSM and key management, is preferred but not mandatory.
