Source, evaluate, and purchase MLFF tolling system hardware, software, installation, and O&M services for highway projects with NHAI/IHMCL and other authorities.
Manage supplier and subcontractor network building, auditing, and performance monitoring to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery within project budgets and schedules.
Lead procurement processes including RFQ/RFP, contract negotiation (prices, terms, SLAs, warranties), materials planning, and vendor payments using SAP, focusing on cost reduction and procurement efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
Minimum 5 years of purchase/project procurement experience in electronic toll collection (FASTag/ETC/MLFF), ITS, telecom, or infrastructure projects.
Proficient in MLFF/ETC technologies sourcing (ANPR cameras, RFID/FASTag, sensors, gantry systems) and familiar with NHAI/IHMCL tender and contract requirements including SLAs and liquidated damages.
Experience with SAP MM and knowledge of GST and import-export procedures.

Demonstrated success in complex procurement for electronic tolling or intelligent transport systems project environments involving both product and service sourcing.
Operationally strong in managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, quality, finance, and project teams.
Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market and technology trends to advise management on sourcing impacts and cost optimization in regulated infrastructure projects.
