Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django and/or FastAPI.
Experience with AWS cloud services including Docker, Terraform, Lambda, ECS/ECR, API Gateway, and monitoring tools.
Experience with MongoDB including aggregation pipelines, and SQL query optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building highly scalable, distributed backend systems with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
Familiarity with modern software engineering best practices including CI/CD, version control, Agile/Scrum workflows.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration with frontend, QA, product teams, and ownership of end-to-end backend delivery.
