Delivery Service Manager - RDT Biometrics and Clinical Evidence

Lead and manage the scope and delivery of medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams in software systems for clinical trial data acquisition and processing.

Drive root cause analysis, design improvement plans, and facilitate stakeholder communication across diverse and complex environments to ensure value delivery and alignment.

Select and tailor delivery methodologies, manage dependencies, and contribute to strategic objectives including integration of emerging AI technologies in clinical data pipelines.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field.

5-8 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry in delivery management roles such as Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach.

Proven experience managing complex delivery projects, service transitions, or Agile Release Train increments across functional areas.

In-depth knowledge of GxP regulated environments and computer systems validation.

Experienced in delivery management archetypes with ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.

Strong stakeholder management skills, able to act as a trusted advisor and resolve conflicts in complex environments.

Ability to adapt delivery methodologies to optimize business impact while coaching teams and aligning delivery with strategic business goals.
