Design, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI and agentic AI systems handling structured and unstructured data to enable AI-driven decision-making.
Develop and implement LLM-based solutions, including agentic AI workflows, vector database integrations, and pipelines for data ingestion and retrieval.
Ensure deployment aspects such as model safety, bias mitigation, vulnerability assessments, performance optimization, and compliance with data privacy/security standards.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years total software engineering and AI industry experience, with 2-3 years directly working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong proficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
Experience with deploying and managing AI workflows including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Location requirement: Ahmedabad, Indore, or Pune. Notice period: 0-30 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable, secure generative AI and agentic AI solutions with strong operational ownership from development through production.
Skilled with advanced AI tooling including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, evaluation, red-teaming (e.g., Garak), and safety/bias mitigation strategies.
Comfortable translating complex business requirements into technical designs emphasizing performance, cost efficiency, and compliance in regulated environments.
