Lead the design and build of an enterprise-scale, multi-tenant AI platform from the ground up focused on automating financial adjustment processes across Wholesale and Retail businesses.
Architect and implement multi-agent AI workflows, NLP-driven systems, and conversational interfaces with resilient, API-first microservices on cloud-native infrastructure (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, ensure governance, security controls, auditability, and drive cross-functional platform adoption.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years overall work experience with proven leadership in AI/ML or platform engineering teams in production-driven environments.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Python programming.
Demonstrated experience with multi-agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangGraph, LlamaIndex), function calling, RAG pipelines, prompt/context engineering, and guardrails.
Deep expertise in event-driven distributed architecture, containerized microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, plus experience with DevSecOps practices and automated CI/CD pipelines (Harness, GitHub Actions, Tekton, ArgoCD).

Strong full-stack engineering background with focus on microservices architecture and cloud-native infrastructure.
Capable of balancing hands-on technical implementation with strategic governance, security, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
