Specialist, UAT

Create and execute UAT test plans and scripts specifically for Finance & Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

Identify, document, track, and coordinate defect resolution with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to support system implementations and upgrades.

Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, evidence, business signoffs, and report testing progress, risks, and issues aligned with project timelines and governance.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in UAT, Finance Operations, or ERP implementations.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics and hands-on experience with JIRA or similar testing tools.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Experienced in executing UAT within finance and accounting domains, able to translate financial requirements into testable scenarios with accounting precision.

Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with finance, tax, and IT teams for effective stakeholder management and communication.

Detail-oriented and organized, able to work within fast-paced environments managing deadlines and ensuring audit compliance.
