Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of hands-on experience in statistical data analysis and predictive modeling.
Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, seaborn) and good knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or related quantitative field.
Experience Required: 5-7 years in relevant data analysis roles; Domain experience in R&D Analytics/Cosmetics/FMCG preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in predictive modeling using scikit-learn for classification and/or regression tasks.
Capable of working independently on complex, research-focused projects with multiple variable groups and large datasets.
Has structured thinking and strong communication skills to simplify statistical outputs for diverse stakeholders.
