Strong proficiency in MS Office tools including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Hybrid work location required in Chennai, India.

Experience operating within structured SOPs and quality standards in time-sensitive healthcare operational environments.
Ability to engage with AI-enabled tools for enhancing productivity while maintaining final validation responsibility.
Capable of collaborating with internal partners to resolve escalations and support continuous process enhancement initiatives.
