Minimum Requirements
2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, RCM, or related claims/AR workflows.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Practical experience with AR Calling and denial management, including reviewing denial details and progressing cases.
Willingness to work hybrid in Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating within RCM workflows with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards.
Comfortable working with operational systems, work queues, and managing multiple cases in a time-sensitive environment.
Ability to analyze operational data to identify trends and drive process improvements in denial management and AR calling activities.
