Lead and mentor engineering teams focused on backend microservices architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and event-driven designs.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field plus 5+ years software engineering experience, OR 7+ years software engineering experience without degree.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, microservices, and distributed systems architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Maven, and production debugging.
Work Experience Required: Ideally 15+ years in software development including building large-scale distributed systems and architecture roles.

Experienced technical leader with a record of guiding teams in large-scale, global backend technology projects in microservices and event-driven architectures.
Demonstrates strong architectural skills with a strategic view to balancing business and technical requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in multiple technology stacks including Java, React Native, Node.js, and has exposure to Agentic AI use cases and NoSQL databases.
