Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years overall IT experience covering all phases of development lifecycle and business client relationship management.
At least 1 year of people management experience.
Hands-on experience with Java SpringBoot-based applications and familiarity with Oracle and monitoring tools like Splunk.
Experience managing scrum teams with knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and project management techniques.
