Workplace Delivery Coordinator

Ensure day-to-day workplace service delivery meets SOPs and SLAs to achieve consistent occupant and guest experience.

Manage vendor partners, coordinate workplace-related services, and monitor staff performance against set criteria.

Implement operational controls, conduct proactive checks including after hours, and participate in emergency response and risk management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or hospitality industry.

Location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana State.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, or business is a plus but not mandatory.

Detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Experience managing vendor performance and implementing service policies in workplace or facility management context.

Capability to handle emergency situations and problem resolution with a cost-saving mindset.
