Lead and manage the Amgen India FP&A team as primary liaison with US/Global FP&A, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles.
Coordinate and deliver accurate, timely financial reports and analyses including Power BI dashboards, monthly/quarterly reconciliations, and sales reporting for regional/global stakeholders.
Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools, while mentoring and ensuring timely, quality deliverables from the team.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, CPA, or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration mandatory.
12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, G&A Finance, Technology Finance, Project Controls, or related finance discipline.
Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience preferred.
Experience managing teams and working across multiple time zones required.

Experienced FP&A leader skilled in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and quarter-close activities within Pharma/Biotech sector.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities to develop financial models, reports, and build trusted cross-functional relationships.
Comfortable operating with global and virtual teams, driving process improvements, and handling ambiguous, complex business environments.
