Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in software or cloud platform operations, cloud application operations, or development projects in an agile environment including service management.
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or others), monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Application Insights), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Willingness to work rotational shifts (8.5 hours) including bank holidays and weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automating cloud infrastructure and deployment processes using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and ARM templates.
Skilled in designing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and managing cloud security operations.
Comfortable working in a shift-based role providing 24/7 operational support with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
