Develop, customize, and enhance AS400 applications specifically using RPG and CL programming languages according to client requirements.
Perform requirement analysis, unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing, and assist with deployment of development into test and production environments.
Support data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshoot AS400 application issues including performance and data integrity problems.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in AS400 development.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering from a reputed institution.
Proficiency in AS400 development tools including RPG and CL; knowledge of ILE RPG and Infor XA development is an added advantage.
Ability to conduct unit testing, support UAT, and deploy updates in production systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end AS400 software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Familiar with software development best practices, change management, and mentoring junior team members.
