Own end-to-end sprint execution including sprint planning, tracking capacity, velocity, and ensuring all stories are ready and complete within Jira.
Act as the quality gate between Product and Engineering by reviewing stories for build readiness, resolving ambiguities, and managing story handoff.
Facilitate US-India cross-team coordination through daily touchpoints, sprint ceremonies, dependency and risk management, and documentation of operational models.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of technical program or project/scrum team management experience with complex, cross-functional programs in enterprise SaaS or platform environments.
Experience with Workday HCM or ServiceNow, including module configuration, integrations, and security basics.
Strong proficiency with Jira and sprint management best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing programs spanning multiple teams and ambiguous scopes, capable of defining goals independently.
Technically fluent with enterprise platforms like Workday or ServiceNow and ability to assess user story readiness without coding.
Skilled at coordinating distributed/offshore teams with US-based partners, emphasizing async-first collaboration and delivering clear leadership reporting.
