15+ years of progressive leadership experience including 8-10+ years in healthcare operations, Payment Integrity, Claims, Quality, Clinical Operations, or related domains.
Experience managing SLAs, quality, staffing, budgets, governance cadences, execution risks, and executive reporting.
Ability to work flexible shifts covering Ireland, U.S., and India business hours; travel as required.
