Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, utility management, safety, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
Work Experience Required: 8-15 years in facility management, engineering operations, or infrastructure management.

Proven experience managing complex, technical laboratory facilities and associated infrastructure in dynamic environments.
Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder projects, vendor contracts, and capital/operational budgeting for facility operations and expansions.
Comfortable leading teams and driving operational improvements using technology such as Building Management Systems and sustainability programs.
