Design, develop, and deliver key engineering components to enhance stability, reliability, and automation of production environments within SRE tooling and automation context.
Lead resolution of complex incidents and oversee problem-solving processes, including Level 3 production support and disaster recovery testing.
Collaborate with product development to embed SRE and DevOps principles, improve business-aligned IT designs, and streamline support activities via continuous service improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in SRE, Production Support, ITIL, Cloud Technology, monitoring, and automation.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience with technologies including SRE production tools, automation, SQL, ITIL/ITSM, Powershell, GCP, GitHub Actions, Ansible, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years; Location: Pune, India
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global Level 3 SRE and production support within complex application and infrastructure domains, preferably in financial services.
Skilled in scripting languages (Powershell, Python, etc.) and ITIL frameworks with ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Demonstrates capability in leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization and problem-solving with responsible data and AI use.
