Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, coding assistants) to software engineering workflows.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Experienced technical leader capable of driving AI adoption and developer productivity initiatives across multiple teams and products.
Skilled at translating AI capabilities into measurable improvements in engineering quality, delivery, and developer experience.
