Experience with complex commercial real estate (CRE) loan closings in large financial services environments.
Knowledge of commercial lending documentation, regulatory requirements, and risk/control processes.
Ability to work hybrid with required onsite presence and flexibility for night shifts supporting U.S. business hours.
