15+ years of claims experience in life & health insurance with at least 5 years in reinsurance.
Advanced knowledge of medicine, law, accounting, and finance related to life reinsurance risk evaluation.
Work Experience Required: 15+ years in life & health claims including 5+ years in reinsurance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex claims management operations within life reinsurance with strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical with strong data and digital tool proficiency to support digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
Ability to operate under pressure with high accountability, balancing technical expertise and business acumen for strategic impact.
