0–4 years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, or related fields; freshers are welcome.
Proficiency in South Indian languages (ideally Telugu and Hindi).
Must be field-ready with willingness to travel extensively to farms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or background in agronomy, horticulture, nursery management, and farmer training with operational exposure to cocoa farming.
Ability to work independently managing multiple stakeholders including farmers, government bodies, and procurement partners.
Skills in data analysis, reporting, commercial orientation, and familiarity with digital tools for agriculture and procurement.
