Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or MSc in Botany; diploma holders with exceptional talent are considered.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years in agriculture, horticulture, or related fields are eligible.
Proficiency in South Indian languages, ideally Kannada and Hindi.
Extensive field readiness with ability to travel to farms frequently is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Practical experience or familiarity with cocoa agronomy, nursery management, and farmer engagement in rural settings.
Ability to work independently managing nursery staff and procurement partners while liaising with multiple government and institutional stakeholders.
Strong commercial orientation with analytical skills, communication, and negotiation capabilities relevant to agricultural commodity supply chains.
