Application Development Senior Manager- Vice president

Manage and lead one or more Applications Development teams to achieve targeted goals and oversee daily staff management including performance, hiring, and resource allocation.

Provide technical oversight and review of systems and application solutions, including contributing to the formulation of application development strategies.

Monitor delivery of project results, manage budgets, assess risks relating to compliance and reputation, and enforce adherence to policies and regulations.

12+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services domain.

Experience as Applications Development Manager and senior-level technical leadership role.

Proven skills in API design and development and proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Couchbase, Redis, and Kafka.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.

Experienced in leading mid to large-sized application development teams within complex financial services environments.

Demonstrates strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Capable of strategic technical oversight integrating multiple development areas and ensuring regulatory compliance.
