Vice President - Data Science

Manage and deliver results through professional teams, responsible for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of analytics outputs within the specialized analytics function.

Work with large, complex internal and external data sets to support business strategy evaluation and implementation, including data collection, cleaning, exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization.

Own planning, budgeting, performance evaluation, hiring, and compliance responsibilities for the analytics team, incorporating risk considerations in line with firm policies.

6-10 years of experience in financial/business analysis and/or credit/risk analysis with impact on business drivers through analytic processes.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Expertise in advanced statistical techniques and financial services business models.

Experience with data tools such as SQL, Access, and data preparation, analysis, and visualization methods.

Experienced in managing analytics teams with full responsibility for delivering business and compliance objectives.

Strong strategic and operational understanding of financial services and risk management domains, including marketing, risk, digital, or AML specializations.

Skilled in creatively applying advanced analytics for business decision making and capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and external clients.
