Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and alignment with technology strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
8-12 years of experience with technical leadership in pharmaceutical/biologics manufacturing technology.
Experience as System Owner for Manufacturing Execution System (MES), PI Historian, SCADA/automation platforms, and adherence to GMP compliance.
Availability for evening or night shifts as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership managing large, matrixed, and geographically dispersed teams in technology-driven manufacturing environments.
Strong background in technology operations support with experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe), ITIL, and technology best practices in regulated industries.
Proven track record in incident management, technology transformation, and driving cross-functional collaboration to improve manufacturing uptime and regulatory compliance.
