Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
5+ years' experience in Software Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related discipline.
2+ years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments and operational reliability practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in reliability engineering managing cloud-native services in high-availability, customer-facing platforms.
Practically skilled in automation, AI-assisted tooling, incident management, and achieving reliability through SLOs and operational maturity programs.
Comfortable driving cross-team collaboration with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Infrastructure stakeholders.
