Minimum High School diploma; university student or graduate preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with proven presentation skills.
Proficient English communication skills (written and oral); Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Experienced in airline-related technical product support and service delivery functions incorporating multiple disciplines such as systems integration, troubleshooting, and training.
Capable of managing customer relationships effectively while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet service delivery commitments.
Strong analytical and time management skills demonstrated by ability to handle pressure and complex situations in a service delivery environment.
