Lead development of Radar product embedded software for safety-critical automotive applications targeting global OEM vehicles.
Define and optimize Autosar-based software architectures in multicore environments and manage full software development lifecycle phases including requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing.
Perform Autosar BSW module setup and configuration, collaborate cross-functionally, debug and resolve issues with ownership, ensuring ASPICE compliance in an agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in embedded software development.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation, or Computer Science) - regular education.
Mandatory experience with Classic Autosar Basic Software, especially CAN and Diagnostics, and bootloader development.
Must have ASPICE working experience, MCAL working/integration experience, and ADAS (Radar product) domain knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in ADAS product development, specifically Radar and Camera systems within safety-critical automotive contexts.
Proficient in embedded software development with C on 16/32 bit microcontrollers and solid understanding of functional safety (FuSa) and cybersecurity (CySec) requirements.
Able to independently manage software architecture definition, Autosar modeling and system configuration, and perform systematic problem-solving of embedded SW issues within agile teams.
