Procurement Buyer - Process Analyst

Manage procurement operations including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and catalog maintenance to ensure compliance with policies and accurate processing within timelines.

Support tactical sourcing activities such as spot-buys, RFQ/RFP processes, and vendor performance management including scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Provide operational and Level 1 support to business stakeholders for procurement queries and perform spend analytics to identify opportunities and prepare KPI reports.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field.

2–4 years’ experience in Procurement, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Tactical Sourcing, Vendor Management or Procurement Operations.

Strong understanding of procurement and P2P processes, experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, catalogs, RFQ/RFPs, and vendor management.

Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, lookups) and strong communication skills.

Experienced in end-to-end procurement operations with tactical sourcing and vendor management responsibilities within a corporate or financial services environment.

Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities under defined SLAs and providing actionable spend insights to support decision-making.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, suppliers, and support teams, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
