Support transformation initiatives including process redesign, compliance activities, and stakeholder coordination across regulatory and technology projects.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, Business Analytics, or Transformation.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
Experience with workflow and automation tools such as Power Automate and ServiceNow.
Workplace model requires hybrid work with at least 3 days in-office per week (location: designated office in India).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate experienced in global shared services or large-scale finance operational environments.
Demonstrated ability in data analytics, automation enablement, and handling cross-functional projects within PTP processes.
Skilled in governance, compliance (including SOX), and process documentation supporting regulatory and strategic finance transformation.
