Sales Trainer - West

Conduct training needs analysis and deliver sales training programs for dealer staff focused on productivity, relationship management, business communication, sales, and conflict management.

Certify trainees based on their assigned roles, conduct on-the-job trainings (OJTs) at dealerships, and identify low-scoring trainees for refresher sessions.

Collect and analyze training feedback to assess effectiveness and submit timely reports on coverage and impact.

Minimum 4-5 years experience as a sales trainer, preferably with automotive OEMs or agencies.

Graduation in any stream or BE degree.

Fluency in the respective regional language and multi-linguistic communication capability.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region; proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of modern training techniques.

Experienced in sales training within the 4-wheeler automotive industry, preferably with OEM exposure.

Strong skills in non-verbal communication and platform delivery to effectively engage trainees.

Capable of performing training needs assessments and analyzing training program impact for continuous improvement.
