Conduct training needs analysis and deliver sales training programs focused on productivity, relationship management, sales skills, and conflict management for dealer staff.
Certify trainees according to their assigned roles and conduct on-the-job training (OJT) at dealerships with refresher training for low scorers.
Collect and analyze feedback to measure training effectiveness, upgrade training content, and submit reports on training coverage and impact.
Minimum Requirements
4-5 years of work experience as a Trainer with OEM or agency, with minimum 4 years specifically in sales training.
Graduation in any stream or BE degree.
Fluency in the respective regional language and multi-linguistic communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in sales training within the 4-wheeler automotive industry or related OEM sectors.
Familiar with modern training methodologies and skilled in non-verbal communication.
Comfortable using MS Office and delivering training through various platforms, with strong communication and presentation skills.
