Revenue Operations Manager

End-to-end ownership of hospital revenue cycle including billing, collections, AR monitoring, insurance/TPA claims, and revenue performance against targets.

Manage day-to-day hospital administrative operations covering facilities, vendors, support functions, compliance, and coordination across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Lead cross-functional coordination between revenue, finance, clinical teams, insurance/TPA, and administration while driving process improvements and producing revenue and operational MIS dashboards.

7–12 years of experience in hospital revenue operations, revenue cycle management, hospital administration, or healthcare operations.

Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Strong technical skills in hospital billing, collections, insurance/TPA claim management, revenue MIS, and vendor management.

Experience working in hospital, oncology centre, multispecialty hospital, or healthcare organization.

Capable of independently managing both hospital revenue operations and administrative functions with strong ownership and execution focus.

Has strong analytical skills demonstrated by driving revenue cycle improvements, process implementation, and detailed MIS reporting.

Experienced in coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders including clinical leadership, finance, insurance, vendors, and hospital operations teams.
