Provide Level 2 operational support for global WAN infrastructure, including troubleshooting routers, links, and routing protocols like BGP.
Manage escalation queues, perform configuration changes on Cisco and Juniper devices, and ensure network uptime in a 24/7 support environment.
Lead incident resolution during critical outages, prepare root cause analysis reports, and coordinate with ISPs and vendors for WAN performance issues.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of experience in WAN/network support roles with strong hands-on BGP and routing & switching knowledge.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience managing Cisco and Juniper WAN devices in a 24/7 global support environment.
Valid CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in high-pressure, client-facing network incident management and escalation handling.
Capable of working independently on resolving critical WAN incidents with strong operational ownership.
Familiar with industry-standard network monitoring tools and best practices for WAN performance management.
