Lead end-to-end global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations with 12-15+ years experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery oversight.
Manage stakeholder governance and collaboration across business SMEs, functional leads, integration, data migration teams, and executive leadership during multiple rollout waves.
Own risk management, budget control, resource management (onsite/offshore), testing and cutover activities, and compliance to SAP Activate methodology and quality gates.
Minimum Requirements
12-15+ years of project management experience with at least 2 full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and 1 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
Mandatory certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner; SAP Activate Project Manager and Scrum Master certifications preferred.
Experience with global rollout deployment, multi-country project delivery, SAP Activate methodology, and managing multi-disciplinary global teams.
Work Location: Hyderabad, India with overlap to US and Global time zones; Immediate joiners preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects with strong governance, risk, and resource management under global rollout conditions.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive project activities including kickoff, workshops, design/build governance, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Comfortable operating in a distributed global team environment, managing diverse stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
