Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and control for all capital expenditure (capex) projects, including detailed financial projections, cash flow monitoring, and MIS reporting.

Drive financial discipline and governance for capex procurement decisions over ₹10 crore, review business cases, and support cost optimization and vendor negotiations.

Conduct post-implementation audits of capex projects, ensure financial close-out, and facilitate transparent reporting of capex financial performance to senior leadership.

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

5–8 years of experience in financial management with exposure to large scale capex project finance, procurement finance, commercial negotiations, and financial governance.

Proven experience managing financial oversight in capex-intensive industries such as infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, or logistics.

Experienced in managing end-to-end capex financial processes including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial KPIs.

Skilled in financial controls, audits, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and optimize project financial performance.

Able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CFOs, Business Units, Procurement) and senior management providing data-driven insights and financial advisory.
