Manage end-to-end Application Managed Services (AMS) ensuring application availability, stability, performance, and SLA adherence for enterprise applications across SAP, Oracle, and other platforms.
Drive AMS transformation and automation including automation of repetitive activities, AI-assisted incident resolution, proactive monitoring, and self-healing to improve support efficiency.
Lead application transitions, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement activities collaborating with CIO/CTO organizations, technology partners, and global delivery teams.
Minimum Requirements
8-15 years of relevant IT experience with significant AMS exposure in enterprise or multi-vendor environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Strong understanding and practical experience of ITIL/ITSM service management practices including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Experience in supporting SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, FICO) or Oracle (e.g., E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud) or non-SAP enterprise applications is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional with deep expertise managing integrated SAP and non-SAP enterprise application landscapes within large enterprises or GSIs.
Proven capability in AMS transformation utilizing automation, AI/GenAI, AIOps, and service management tools like ServiceNow or Jira for improved operational efficiency.
Skilled in managing large-scale application transitions, cloud AMS, multi-vendor stakeholder coordination, and delivering continual service improvements in a managed services environment.
