Lead end-to-end bid management for SAP S/4HANA implementation proposals including RFI/RFP/RFQ analysis, bid strategy, and governance.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary SAP S/4HANA solutioning across functional, technical, integration, and cloud domains to develop compelling solution propositions.
Manage and deliver proposal documents, lead reviews and approvals, support customer workshops and negotiations, and ensure smooth bid-to-delivery transition.
Minimum Requirements
10–18+ years of SAP/IT experience with strong background in SAP S/4HANA consulting, presales, solutioning, and complex proposal management.
Mandatory skills: SAP presales, solution architecture, bid management, RFP/RFI/RFQ and proposal management, estimation, commercial management, negotiation support, and stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience with large-scale or global SAP transformation programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving complex SAP S/4HANA large-scale or global transformation proposals and implementations.
Operates effectively across technical and business teams coordinating diverse SAP technologies including SAP BTP, Fiori, AI, and cloud ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders while leading commercial and technical bid components for enterprise SAP projects.
